Throughout this policy the terms ‘you’ and ‘customer’ are used interchangeably to describe the client purchasing a service or product through The Natal Network Limited. the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Natal Network Limited.
It is the customer's responsibility to read the following terms and conditions of service before arranging services from The Natal Network.
By entering conversation with The Natal Network, whether than be via website, email, phone or in person, you accept the concurrent terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee outcomes and payment for services are taken as compensation for the time and expertise of our practitioners.
Cancellation and refunds requested by the client
If a customer wishes to cancel or rearrange a service, we request The Natal Network Limited is contacted by emailing [email protected] a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled time of appointment. In this event credit to the full payment amount will be provided to be used within The Natal Network Limited, valid for 16 weeks from the time of cancellation. This does not impact upon your statutory rights, please refer to section 2.
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments are not possible if less than 48 hours’ notice is given. No refund will be provided. This is to ensure we can continue to support as many families as possible.
If a client does not attend the scheduled appointment at the arranged time, no refund can be provided.
Cooling off period
You have the right to cancel or reschedule any service within 14 days of booking date with The Natal Network Limited. If you cancel an appointment within this period a refund will be provided within 28 days, deducting any costs incurred by The Natal Network Limited as a result.
A handling fee of £30 will be deducted when cancelled prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, it is possible that further expenses in addition to the handling fee will be deducted to cover any financial loss incurred by The Natal Network Limited in preparation of the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made by The Natal Network
The Natal Network withhold the right to deny or cancel service at any point. If a cancellation is made by The Natal Network a full refund will be issued for service’s not yet commenced and a partial refund will be available if service’s have been partially completed. The client is not eligible for compensation for cancelled or rescheduled services.
